What makes a Cathedral Camp really special? YOU!
Cheesey, we know, but it really is as true as a true thing!
Camps undoubtably happen in truly amazing places. Some of the oldest buildings in the UK gratefully play host to CathCampers. From Canterbury to Edinburgh - history beams from glass and stone.
Great work is undoubtably done in these places - the preservation of an architectural heritage is so important. Regardless of the faith we hold, we all can find wonder and peace in the churches and cathedrals of Great Britain.
But what makes a Cathedral Camp really special is the camp itself. The experience that you will have. The energy that you bring to the camp. The friends you will meet, the memories that you take home.
This part of the website is dedicated to that. We want and expect this section of the site to develop with the personalities of you the campers: past, present and future!
Discussions, help, questions, answers, photographs, friendships, links...what else? We've got some great ideas. Have you? Let us know.
We already have an active discussion board where you can talk to other volunteers and camp leaders. Feel free to join in! You don't even have to register to make a comment!
